Terms and conditions of the automatic discount service

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the automatic discount service. By using this service, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Service Definition

The automatic discount service is an electronic payment mechanism that allows the customer to pay the subscription fees periodically (monthly/annually) automatically through the payment method registered with him, without the need to perform a manual payment process in each cycle.

2. Authorization and consent

By completing the subscription process, the customer gives explicit authorization to the company to deduct the agreed subscription fees from the payment method registered in the account, according to the periodicity specified at the time of subscription.

3. Subscription fee

•The subscription fee is deducted according to the package selected and advertised at the time of registration.

•All prices include VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.

•The company reserves the right to modify prices in the future, with prior notification to the customer before any modification is implemented.

4. Billing cycle

•The discount is applied automatically on the same subscription date for each cycle (monthly/annually).

•In case the debit cannot be made due to insufficient funds or the bank rejecting the transaction.

•If the discount continues to fail, the company has the right to suspend the service until the outstanding amount is paid.

5. Cancellation and Suspension of Subscription

•The customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time through his account or by contacting customer service before the next renewal date.

• Payments made for a period that has already been activated are not refundable, unless otherwise stated in the service's refund policy.

•The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

6. Payment method updates

The customer is responsible for updating their payment method details to ensure uninterrupted service.

The company assumes no responsibility for service suspension resulting from incorrect or expired payment data.

7. Refund Policy

•No refunds will be issued after the automatic deduction has been executed unless there is a proven technical error on the part of the company.

•In case of an incorrect financial claim, you must contact customer service within a period not exceeding (7) days from the date of the deduction.

8. Legitimate use

The company has the right to immediately suspend the subscription without refund if it is proven that the service has been misused or that the platform’s general terms and conditions have been violated.

9. Amendments to the terms

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Saatk Care Service Terms and Conditions

First: An overview of the service

“Saatk Care” is a paid monthly subscription offered by the Saatk platform, providing care and maintenance benefits for eligible watches purchased directly from the Saatk platform (“Our Own Watches”).

This service is a service benefits program and does not represent insurance, a manufacturer's commercial guarantee, or financial protection in any way.

Second: Subscription Advantages

Depending on the approved package, the subscriber may receive the following benefits:

• Annual watch maintenance coverage within the specified limit

• Watch pickup and return service for maintenance purposes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Discounts on polishing and buffing services

•Priority booking for certain hours without a deposit, as determined by the platform

• Additional benefits associated with using the platform

All services are subject to technical evaluation and approval by the Sa3tak platform before implementation.

Third: Eligibility to participate

The service applies only to:

•Watches purchased directly from yourwatch platform

•Models or categories adopted by the platform

The service does not include:

•Watches purchased from third parties

•Watches displayed by other users within the platform

•Altered or non-original watches

•Watches that have been repaired outside of authorized dealers

•Watches that have been tampered with or opened unprofessionally

Fourth: Billing and Renewal

• Subscription fees are collected monthly via the registered payment method.

•The subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

• A valid subscription is required to benefit from the advantages.

•In case of non-payment, benefits will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed.

•The platform has the right to reassess the status of the hour before reactivating coverage after a subscription interruption.

Fifth: Service Limits

•Maintenance coverage is subject to a maximum annual limit of one thousand Saudi Riyals.

• The subscription must be valid for a minimum of 90 days before maintenance coverage can be used.

•The service does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, breakage of glass or structure, falling diamond fragments, or the entry of liquids due to negligence.

•The service does not cover malfunctions resulting from previous unapproved repairs.

Sixth: Shipping

•The watch will be received and delivered via approved shipping companies within the Kingdom.

•The customer is obligated to package the watch securely according to the instructions provided.

Any claim for loss or damage is subject to the policies of the approved shipping company, and the platform does not bear any liability beyond what is approved by the shipping company.

Seventh: Cancellation

•The subscriber can cancel the subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

•Money will not be refunded for periods in which it has been used.

Cancellation will disable all service benefits.

Eighth: The applicable law

This service is subject to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
